    .us Nexus Agreement

    (E) In addition to the above information, you need to provide additional information about Nexus. The nexus information is available at: www.neustar.us/the-ustld-nexus-requirements/. You recognize that the practice of registering and managing domain names is constantly evolving; Therefore, you agree that we may amend this agreement or any other related and/or applicable agreements if necessary to comply with guidelines, contracts or agreements with ICANN, with a registry or with another agency or individual, and to adapt to changing general circumstances. All changes are published on our website. Your continued use of the Services represents your agreement with all the changes. If you do not accept a change, you can request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to another accredited registrar. You agree that such a cancellation or cancellation is your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to comply with an amendment to this Agreement or to another related and/or applicable agreement or directive. Litigation policy provides interested parties with the opportunity to challenge a registration that does not meet Nexus`s requirements. (K) you accept and understand that the above registration data will be accessible and publicly available in the WHOIS file, as requested by ICANN and/or registration guidelines, and may be sold in large quantities pursuant to ICANN`s agreement. In .us nexus requirements, .us domains can only be registered by the following qualified entities: Your deliberate provision of inaccurate or unreliable information or your intentional omission, immediately update the information provided to us, or your non-response to 15-day calendar requests regarding the accuracy of your domain name contact information constitute a significant violation of this Agreement and provide a basis for the termination of this Agreement and the cancellation of your domain name without refund and without notice. If you intend to license the use of a domain name to third parties, you still own the domain name and are therefore responsible for providing your own full contact information and providing and updating the exact technical and administrative contact information that can facilitate the timely resolution of domain name issues. You are responsible for the damage caused by the illegal use of the domain name.

    You state that you guarantee the agreement of a third party on the terms of this agreement.
